Tonight's menu

Tapas, or small plates:

Pimenton Padron - Roasted peppers in olive oil with sea salt, aka Spanish roulette. About every 5th roasted pepper is SPICY!

Plato de melon - ripe melon with lime.

Pan al horno - warmed bread with olive oil.

Tortilla espanola - Spanish potato omelet.

Tomates asados - Charcoal-grilled roma tomatoes.

Juice, water, wine.
