I think I may have just run the dishwasher with a scoop of laundry detergent by mistake. I hope the dishes are still safe to eat off of.

Well, I ate off them and I'm still here. So either the detergent was safe, or I used dish soap and then forgot. Unless I'm in the early stages of a slow and painless death.
